History
It started with my father and a busted/rusted 1965 Mustang. He had a belief in function over form at all costs, often stated as, “looks bad, runs good.” My mother had a yellow 1974 Chevrolet Vega Coupe that was her first car and it left an impression on me.
In June of 2002 I bought my Cruising Wagon for $500.00. It barely had 60 horsepower and could not get out of it’s own way. A C3 automatic transmission that was neglected for years and brakes that existed only in the thoughts of the engineers who designed it.
